We contracted with Lane Builders to construct a rather unique beach front home that included structural steel support for a cantilevered waterside deck. Though not their customary and usual construction, Lane Builders was up to the task. Their work site manager scheduled and managed the flow of tradesmen and ensured that all work was done correctly and that all materials met specifications.  His patience and attention to detail when working with the framing contractor was extraordinary; providing hands on minute directions for completing some of the more challenging aspects of the job.  The finish carpenters from Lane Builders were outstanding craftsmen who literally took the job personally; the finished product reflects their attention to detail and commitment to quality construction. They did a particularly outstanding job when installing the kitchen cabinetry. Throughout the building process the people at Lane Builders were cooperative and responsive to all our questions and concerns.  It was a pleasure having Lane Builders as our contractor and, from watching other spec homes being built in the neighborhood, we are convinced that we chose the best contractor for the job.
