In 2001 we began our search for a builder while visiting Rehoboth Beach during our summer vacation. We relied upon recommendations given to us by our friend who was

Although we were not going to begin building until our retirement in 2003, Jeff Burton was open and attentive to our plans. We met with him off and on through the next 2
years. He offered suggestions, listened to our thoughts and guided us through the building process.
