If you're planning to build a home, I highly recommend Land Builders -- a top-notch team that will deliver the quality, custom home of your dreams.  Their professional, congenial and cooperative manner made the process, which can be very stressful, much easier.  When we had questions or concerns, they were very responsive and when we wanted to make adjustments to the construction plan (i.e., change orders) they were very approachable.  The subs they use are some of the best in the area and again, were very easy to work with.  At no point, ever, did I feel that we weren't getting their best effort.  Their pricing and budget management was tight.  They were good at anticipating and explaining potential cost over-runs, most of which were brought about by changes we initiated.  Having a well-built home has meant fewer repairs or unpleasant surprises and peace-of-mind when we travel and must close the house for long absences.
