In Jeff’s words, “Whether it’s a door sticking, the floor squeaking, or sheet rock cracking we come back and fix it for free.” After that, Lane offers a 5-year structural warranty that promises to return to level any deviation of more than a quarter inch. Importantly, they have never had a structural claim.

But even that is not the end of our relationship. Once you own a Lane home, you become a neighbor.
